Employee Profile – Allie Espana
As part of AET’s continued operations as an essential service, Allie is working diligently from the head office while supporting the Management Team and all staff. Understandably, she has been extremely busy during this pandemic as she works to support all AET operations while keeping employees safe. This includes ongoing communications on the most up-to-date information and resources for employees provided by Management and the JHSC.
The current situation has created some unique challenges for AET, which includes having non-essential staff work from home, limiting the number of staff in the office, preventing visitors to the office and ensuring all additional COVID-19 protocols and measures are in place.
Since the start of the Covid-19 pandemic, all non-essential staff are working from home, but not all jobs can be done at home. Allie has been taking extra precautions while keeping the head office operational to ensure, not only her safety, but the safety of any staff that come into the office.
Despite these challenging times, Allie’s ongoing commitment and dedication has contributed to the continued delivery of our services. She has been able to manage the situation efficiently and effectively while adapting to any changes regarding policies, procedures, protocols and safety measures and communicating to staff so we can ensure business operations continue safely while maintaining the safety of our employees – which is our main priority.
During this time of great uncertainty, I feel comforted knowing that the owners and managers are working diligently to ensure the safety of our employees and the continuity of our business. I’m proud to be part of AET and I’m happy to do my part to help us get through this as a stronger team!
