AET Group Inc. Selected as One of Southwestern Ontario’s Top Employers 2024

AET Group Inc., has been named as one of Southwestern Ontario’s Top Employers. In a region that’s home to a remarkable variety of established industries and renowned institutions, Southwestern Ontario is making its mark when it comes to creating progressive workplaces and forward-thinking human resources initiatives. The best of these initiatives were recognized for the first time, as Southwestern Ontario’s Top Employers (2024) were announced by Mediacorp Canada Inc., organizers of the annual Canada’s Top 100 Employers project.

Employers are evaluated on eight selection criteria, which include:

  • Employee Communications
  • Performance Management
  • Training and Skills Development
  • Community Involvement

We’ve been collecting stories on its employers for over a decade, but now we’re confident that we can showcase the very best in the region.”

Here are some of the reasons why AET Group was selected:

  • AET encourages ongoing employee development through in-house and online training as well as generous tuition subsidies for courses both related to their current position (to $2,500) and not directly related to their current position (to $500)
  • AET helps employees prepare for life after work with retirement planning assistance services and matching RSP contributions — and lets employees share in the company’s successes through deferred profit sharing and year-end bonus programs
  • AET helps employees balance their work and personal lives through options for hybrid work and flexible hours, ensuring employees are free to accommodate their day-to-day responsibilities such as personal appointments and school pick-up and drop-off for their kids
