AET Group Inc. Ranks as One of Waterloo Area’s Top Employers 2023

WATERLOO, ONTARIO–

AET Group Inc., has been named as one of Waterloo Area’s Top Employers for the 5th consecutive year. Currently in the 16th year of running, Waterloo Area’s Top Employers is an annual competition organized by the editors of Canada’s Top 100 Employers. This special designation recognizes the employers in the Kitchener-Waterloo area that lead their industries in offering exceptional places to work. Editors at Mediacorp review employers on eight criteria, which have remained consistent since the project’s inception.

Employers are evaluated using the same criteria used for the larger national Canada’s Top 100 Employers competition and include the following:

AET encourages ongoing employee development through in-house and online training and generous tuition subsidies for courses at outside institutions (to $2,500 annually) — and helps to develop younger talent with paid internships and mentoring programs.

AET supports employee well-being through a wellness program with a financial reimbursement of 50 per cent, up to $300 per year, which can be put towards improving physical, emotional and mental health with resources such as fitness classes, equipment, lessons, wellness apps, personal development courses and more.
