Corporate Sustainability Strategy – Waste Performance Indicators
Client: Canadian Tire Corporation
As part of Canadian Tire Corporation’s Sustainability Strategy, AET assisted Canadian Tire Corporation establish realistic and attainable short and long term goals in the performance indicator of waste management within CTC’s multiple retail channels. The overall objective of the project was to support and assist Canadian Tire Corporation in the assessment of its current waste management practices and analysis of future opportunities that can be measured and continuously tracked on a National level. AET engaged key stakeholders from multiple Canadian Tire business units including Retail Establishments, Financial Services, Corporate, Petroleum, Distribution Centres, PartSource and Marks Work Warehouse.
