Christine Riddell is an Environmental Technician at AET Group (AET). Working with AET’s Waste Team, she has contributed to waste audits for several municipalities throughout Canada. Additionally, she works on Integrated Pest Management audits for golf courses across Ontario.
Christine is a graduate from Laurentian University and holds a Bachelor of Arts, Specialization in Environmental Studies with a focus in Geography and Indigenous Studies. While at Laurentian she gained a keen interest in conservation and sustainability which led her to obtain a post-graduate certificate in Sustainable Business Management from Conestoga College. Here she was given the opportunity to work with Downtown Kitchener’s Ribfest and Craft Beer Show to develop a Sustainability Action Plan, as well as working with other businesses to help them attain their sustainability goals.
Outside of work, Christine enjoys spending time at her family’s cottage in Parry Sound out on the water, and exploring the natural beauty that Georgian Bay has to offer.
