GHG Reduction Project Design and Development

AET has experience designing and developing numerous GHG reduction projects against the requirements of ISO 14064-2.

GHG reduction projects are actions that reduce the amount of GHG in the atmosphere, and can occur through carbon capture and storage (e.g. tree planting), GHG capture and destruction (e.g. landfill gas flaring), and renewable energy that reduces the need for fossil-fuel based energy. Some GHG reduction projects are registered as carbon offsets that can be purchased and utilized to reduce an organization’s reported GHG emissions.
